Advertising Strategist

The Marketing Manager at Math Confidence Prep School plays a crucial role in shaping our promotional strategies and enhancing our brand visibility. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively communicate our educational services to potential clients.

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field

• Design and produce marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
• Oversee and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
• Promote our educational services through various marketing channels.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Lead and assess the efforts of teams that create and execute communication strategies.
• Direct the development and implementation of advertising campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding marketing and promotional strategies.
• Organize and present educational and promotional sessions to engage stakeholders.
• Maintain and oversee our digital marketing database.
• Offer ongoing support to clients post-enrollment.
• Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members and volunteers.

• Proficient in Google Drive and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with electronic communication tools.
