We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lane Closure Technician to join our team at ATS Traffic Ltd. in Kamloops, BC.

As a Lane Closure Technician, you will be responsible for conducting traffic control around cities, construction sites, and major events such as music festivals or sporting events. You will design safe lane closures and traffic detours, and set up and remove devices such as barricades, pylons, signage, and digital messaging boards.

• Conduct traffic control operations in a safe and efficient manner
• Design and implement safe lane closures and traffic detours
• Set up and remove traffic control devices such as barricades, pylons, signage, and digital messaging boards
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure successful project outcomes

• A valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean 3-year Regular Driver Record from ICBC or equivalent
• A valid BC Traffic Control Person (TCP) ticket from the BCCSA is an asset
• Own method of transportation to get to and from work is preferred
• Ability to successfully pass a Fit Test including lifting between 50 and 75 pounds
• Experience in either Traffic Control or Construction industries is an asset

• Competitive hourly rate up to $27/hour
