Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse - Part-time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team in Muskoka's community settings. As a part-time RPN, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, providing scheduled visits and care in various settings.

About the Role:
  • Provide ethical and safe nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Use assessment tools and techniques to identify individual patient needs
  • Develop and implement care plans, adjusting as necessary
  • Engage patients in a collaborative approach, building rapport and trust
  • Maintain and update patient records

Requirements:
  • Registration with the CNO as a RPN in good standing
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience in delivering community care is an asset
