We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Packing Supervisor to join our team at New World Food Market Inc. as a key member of our meat production department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to staff members, ensuring they understand job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit production reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement measures to enhance productivity and product quality, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, maintaining a well-stocked inventory and minimizing downtime.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
