About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions at annual, on-site customer consultations, including recommendations from our catalog of over 40,000 quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory to drive growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or territory.
- Valid driver's license and great driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
