We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Location Manager to join our team at SCI. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our funeral home, while providing exceptional service to our families and communities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Location Manager in planning and achieving annual sales revenue and production targets
- Encourage profitable case volume growth and manage expenses to meet Profit & Loss (P&L) goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Location Manager to direct business operations and make informed decisions
- Provide exceptional service to families and communities, exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in funeral home operations or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
