Software and Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software and Information Technology Project Manager to join our team at EXCEL-TECH CORP.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and document user requirements to ensure accurate system development
- Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems
- Define system functionality and develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions
- Develop process and network models to optimize architecture and evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs
- Execute full lifecycle software development, including planning, execution, and maintenance
- Plan every step of the integration of a computer-based system and prepare plans to maintain software
- Research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems and synthesize technical information for every phase of the cycle of a computer-based system
- Upgrade and maintain software and lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems
- Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
- Develop quality management and quality assurance standards and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Agile, Cloud, DevOps, Internet of Things (IoT), Jira, Machine Learning, and other relevant technologies
- Strong knowledge of programming software, database software, software development, data analysis software, and MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
