Cloud Infrastructure Developer

BrainBox AI is a pioneering company that leverages self-adapted artificial intelligence technology to optimize energy consumption in buildings. Our AI engine enables self-operating buildings that require minimal human intervention, utilizing deep learning, cloud-based computing, and proprietary processes to optimize existing HVAC control systems.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Developer to join our Ecosystem team. As a strong generalist with expertise in infrastructure and cloud development, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our systems operate seamlessly on autopilot worldwide. Your experience will be instrumental in supporting legacy systems, including account administration, generating reports, and conducting root cause analyses.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the maturation of our cloud infrastructure, identifying areas for automation and implementing them.
- Proactively identify infrastructure bottlenecks and coordinate remediation efforts.
- Document infrastructure and runbooks for the support team.
- Support legacy systems, including account administration, report generation, and root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of AWS services, including ECS, ECR, Parameter Store, API Gateway, ELB, S3, Lambda, Cognito, and AWS networking.
- Proficiency in Terraform and Gitlab.
- Strong knowledge of Git, scripting experience with high-level programming languages, and production environment best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and adaptability.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience with AWS Organizations.
- Understanding of data sovereignty.
- Knowledge of database administration and UNIX/Linux administration.
- AWS certification.
