About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Centre Town Barber & Salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing Client Needs
    • Analyze hair and scalp condition to determine the best course of action for each client.
  • Booking and Scheduling
    • Book appointments and manage client schedules to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Haircutting and Grooming
    • Cut and trim hair according to client preferences and instructions.
    • Shampoo customers' hair to ensure a clean and comfortable experience.
    • Shave and trim beards and mustaches to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Consultation and Advice
    • Suggest hair styles compatible with client physical features and preferences.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced salon environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Work a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
