Job Title: Restaurant Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the counter, dining area, and kitchen
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
