The Technical IT Leader will provide technical advice and support for IT infrastructure operations, integrate and deploy IT systems, and lead project teams to facilitate the development, testing, and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical analysis, advice, and recommendations on IT systems, products, and services.
  • Develop, implement, or evaluate information technology policies, guidelines, standards, and frameworks.
  • Lead or participate in project teams and working groups to facilitate the development, testing, and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Supervise employees, assign work and tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a two-year program of study in computer science, information technology, information management, or a related field.
  • Approximately two years of experience in technical analysis and development of projects, initiatives, or digital services.
  • Experience in collaboration and building effective working relationships with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Technical knowledge of computers, software, and networking in a complex Microsoft Windows environment.
Asset Qualifications:
  • University degree from a recognized academic institution in computer science, information technology, information management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or cybersecurity.
  • Experience in options analysis of IT solutions, including making recommendations to management.
