Overview

As part of our Benefits and HR consulting division, you will assist clients—ranging from small enterprises to large corporations—across diverse industries in enhancing their workplace dynamics. Your Impact
  • Primary responsibility will be to cultivate and secure new business revenue through sales to both new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-sized companies with substantial revenue.
  • Engaging in collaborative sales efforts alongside other team members and support staff.
  • Building a robust pipeline of business opportunities that balances new client acquisition with account growth.
  • Presenting Gallagher's comprehensive service offerings to enhance client relationships, while also mentoring colleagues in sales and service scenarios. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and business acumen to assist clients in identifying opportunities to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and enhance the overall competitiveness of their benefits, retirement, and HR services.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and legislative changes that influence health and welfare plan design, delivery, and compliance.

  • Fostering interdepartmental relationships that align with our organizational culture.

About You

Your success in this role will be driven by:

  • Extensive consultative B2B sales experience.
  • A proven track record of developing new business while maintaining an existing client portfolio.
  • Experience in the Benefits Administration and Consulting sector is highly desirable.
