About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at Onmyownbusiness Solutions Inc. as a Financial Analyst and Manager. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans for clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and audit findings to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Oversee payroll administration, manage financial records, and establish and maintain various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff, including identifying clients' financial goals and objectives, and developing financial plans for clients.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
