About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Third Party Governance Office (TPGO) within the Technology, Infrastructure and Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of due diligence assessments to ensure effective controls pertaining to third party arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of due diligence assessments to enable effective controls pertaining to third party arrangements.
  • Collaborate with key risk partners to determine if potential risks inherent to products and/or services are appropriately mitigated by third parties or bank processes and controls.
  • Support the completion of control group due diligence activities, including concentration risk, criticality assessment, supplier financial viability, and other risk management methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the third party risk community to understand their needs and support the evolution of our processes and services.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, with a focus on third party risk-based programs or similar operational risk areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically think about complex problems and communicate detailed information in an impactful way.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, with a focus on third party risk management.
