Position Summary:
Amber is on the lookout for a Macedonian Localization Quality Assurance Tester to become part of their team in Montreal on an as-needed basis. Comprehensive training will be offered to candidates who may not have previous experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting quality assurance testing for video game titles in Macedonian
- Detecting linguistic, visual, and cultural discrepancies in game localization
- Documenting errors clearly in the bug-tracking system
- Offering solutions to enhance translated content
- Adhering to terminology standards and collaborating with the team
- Reporting to the Test Lead and escalating concerns as necessary
Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in Macedonian
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Familiarity with mobile, PC, and console platforms
- Enthusiasm for video games and meticulous attention to detail
- Professional proficiency in English
