Position: Facility Mechanic
The Facility Mechanic at BGIS will engage in skilled activities related to the installation, repair, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This position necessitates the testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of HVAC and building environmental controls to ensure optimal performance. The candidate must possess the ability to estimate tasks, manage projects, and procure necessary materials.

Qualifications:
- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic, 313A License
- GAS Technician 1 License (consideration for Gas Technician 2 may be given)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC sector
- ODP card holder
- Familiarity with engineering principles and CMMS systems
