Silverfox Framing Ltd. is seeking a skilled General Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production and Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and recruit and hire workers as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Estimating and Requisitioning: Estimate costs and materials, requisitioning supplies and equipment as required.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training, ensuring team members have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, initiative, judgement, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment:

40 hours per week, permanent position, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Work language: English.
