Game Level Architect

We are seeking a skilled Game Level Architect to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our Level Design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive game levels that showcase our company's commitment to innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop state-of-the-art game levels that incorporate innovative gameplay mechanics, accessibility features, and strong atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the Level Design team and Level Artists to create high-quality levels that meet our company's standards.
- Develop 3D playgrounds and levels, integrate actors and scripted events, and balance gameplay in-game.
- Work closely with the Game Design team, Game Director, and Lead Level Designer to achieve the desired player experience.
- Write level design documents for the use of other Level Designers.
- Provide support to less experienced level designers.
- University or college diploma in game design or equivalent training.
- 3+ years of experience in the video game industry as a Level Designer.
- Minimum of 1 published title as a Level Designer.
- Good knowledge of systemic design, game level architecture, and 3D environments.
- Experience using industry-standard level editing tools, editors, and pipelines.
- Knowledge of Unreal 4 or 5 engine.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present one's own ideas.
- Experience with level design layouts for complex combat encounters or layout design for third-person platforming/parkour traversals.
- Good knowledge of scripting.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent capability to give and receive advice.
- Skills in leadership, proactivity, and continuous commitment to work with different departments.
- Ability to work in a team focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to learn and share personal knowledge.
