Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Retail Shelf Stocker to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restock shelves and display areas with merchandise
  • Count, weigh, and sort inventory
  • Process customer transactions and handle returns
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
