About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall and Acoustical Installer Helper to join our team at G Star Homes Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will assist in various aspects of drywall and acoustical installation, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure structural integrity and precision.
  • Help level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a stable foundation for our constructions.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning up chemical spills and removing rubble and debris.
  • Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency and apply coats of stucco to exteriors of buildings, creating weatherproof surfaces.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work outdoors in noisy, dusty environments.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination essential for tasks.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills required for a fast-paced construction environment.
Work Environment

Our construction sites are located outdoors, and the work environment can be noisy and dusty. As a Drywall and Acoustical Installer Helper, you will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
