CMLS Financial is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lending Expert to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial Real Estate Risk and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough due diligence and investigate borrowers to ensure accurate risk assessments.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless mortgage underwriting processes.
- Complete mortgage presentations within tight deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide informed risk assessments.
- Assist with compliance tasks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate Risk and mortgage underwriting.
