About the Role

Surrey Hospital Foundation is seeking a seasoned finance leader to provide strategic leadership for the Foundation's comprehensive financial management. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to support the overall mission of SHF.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for the Foundation's financial management
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to support the overall mission of SHF
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions
  • Develop and convey a compelling vision, inspire confidence, and advance a strategic agenda across the organization
  • Bring both vision and execution skills, be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and have change management experience
Requirements
  • University Degree in Accounting or Business or a related field
  • Chartered Professional Accountant designation preferred
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
What We Offer
