Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a key member of our regulatory affairs department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to advertising and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve advertising and promotional materials to ensure accuracy, truthfulness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and assess potential risks associated with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to advertising and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to prioritize routine approvals and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Mentor and train other regulatory professionals to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (biology, chemistry, etc.).
  • 5 years' work experience with at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with in vitro diagnostics (IVDs).
