Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of our protection services.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that our security personnel are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a security or protection services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
