Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of client inquiries and requests
  • Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, including client account management and review preparation
  • Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations
  • Request information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate client files
  • Coordinate meetings and events for Investment Advisors
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of pending transfers
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), or willingness to complete upon hire
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
