Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Professional to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a Personal Banker - Financial Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for providing high-level financial advice and solutions to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and deepen customer relationships by understanding their financial needs and providing suitable financial solutions.
• Financial Advice and Solutions: Provide expert financial advice and solutions to customers, including investment and credit product suites and services.
• Product and Service Promotion: Identify opportunities to promote Bank products and services to customers, and refer them to appropriate team members or internal Bank partners.
• Risk Management: Protect the interests of the organization by identifying and managing risks, and escalating non-standard, high-risk transactions or activities as necessary.
• Process Improvement: Identify, suggest, and actively participate in process improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment, and contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others in the completion and performance of work activities.

• Education: High School diploma and/or equivalent, with a Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with specialized expertise in a range of products, services, concepts, and processes.
• Certifications: IFIC or CSC certification, with CFSA to be completed upon hire.
