About the Role

We're seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team at Dapper Labs, the creators of Disney Pinnacle, NBA Top Shot, and NFL All Day. As a key member of our product team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our tech-forward products and delivering an immersive and captivating user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visually stunning and user-friendly products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and drive tangible improvements.
  • Advocate for design and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned product designer with a passion for pushing boundaries in the dynamic world of Web3 and digital collectibles. You should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to manage design processes, design projects, and support design systems. Experience with design software such as Figma, research tools, and prototyping tools is a must. A team player with a product management mindset, capable of wearing multiple hats, and can bring teams together to solve problems.

We're open to candidates with gaming, social, or media experience, but it's not a requirement. What's essential is your ability to transform complex design challenges into simple, intuitive solutions and your passion for creating seamless customer journeys using design thinking and agile, iterative product development processes.
