Alberta Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies to maximize revenue.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
- Permanent Employment: A permanent position with a stable and growing company.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
