**Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Nokomis Health Centre. As a Registered Nurse in our Residential Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices, technologies, and research to ensure evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or eligibility for registration.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
