About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the manufacturing operations of the Government of Canada - Central. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective management and decision-making.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance the organization's reputation and brand.
  • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a manufacturing or production management environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
