Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Cleaning Team Member to join our team at Life Time. As a key member of our facility operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our club space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure the locker rooms are neat, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Monitor and manage the usage of cleaning products and chemicals to ensure compliance with departmental budgets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
