RF SiP Module Design Engineer

At Skyworks Solutions, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled RF SiP Module Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our RF SiP Module Design Team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge, state-of-the-art RF front-end modules for Automotive and IoT applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in all phases of product development, including product definition, architecture, system budget, transistor-level circuit design, Multi Chip Module design, layout/layout supervision, lab debug and production support.
- Own and lead lab experiments to identify root cause of RF/Functionality related FEM performance issues.
- Work closely with a team of EM Design Engineers, Lab Technicians, Validation/Optimization Engineers, Test Engineers and Package Engineers to tackle complex cellular RF front end issues.
- Prepare prototype build/assembly documentations such as Bill of Material (BOM), configuration matrices etc.
- Implement lab test and summarize/analyze lab result of RF Front end module.
- Solid expertise of RF concepts such as impedance matching, impedance transformation, distributed systems, passive RLC and resonant circuits, noise, linearity, bandwidth and stability.
- 5/3D EM tools such as Momentum, EMX or HFSS.
- Familiar with lab instruments including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, RF Probe Stations, Noise Figure Analyzers and Load-pull Tuners.
- Strong lab skills in data collection/analysis, lab debug/tuning and product troubleshooting.
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering + 8 years, or MSc + 6 years experience.
- Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
