Position: Maintenance Technician

As a maintenance technician at F. Ménard, your primary responsibility is to ensure the functionality and upkeep of all equipment, machinery, and systems associated with the company's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergencies within the company's facilities (specifically pig farms)
• Perform repairs and maintenance on heating and ventilation systems, animal feeding systems, and pigsty sanitation systems
• Occasionally service the agricultural machinery and equipment used by the company

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Possesses expertise in electrical systems, blueprint interpretation, and welding techniques (including rod, gas, MIG, and TIG)
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to change, and a focus on enhancing productivity
• Exhibits a positive attitude towards versatility and flexibility in tasks
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment
• Is proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• Can operate in confined spaces and at elevated heights
• Maintains a tidy personal appearance and organized workspace
• Is punctual, self-sufficient, and resourceful

Work Schedule: The position requires flexibility, with working hours spanning Monday to Friday.
