The Medical Laboratory Technologist is accountable for performing a variety of essential tasks within the Biochemistry, Hematology, and Transfusion Medicine sectors.

• Must possess current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of recent experience in a core laboratory setting is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Biochemistry, Hematology, and Transfusion Medicine is essential.
• Proficiency with standard automated laboratory equipment is expected.
• Willingness to provide coverage at multiple sites as operational needs arise.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Capability to work independently during off-peak hours.
• A positive demeanor complemented by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is mandatory.
• Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the role.
• A satisfactory record of employment and attendance is necessary.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: Shifts may vary, including Days, Evenings, and Nights, based on operational requirements.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage.
