We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our hotel operations and drive customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a customer-driven hotel environment that inspires associates to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hotel operations, ensuring consistent delivery of product quality and service in accordance with our profitability goals.
  • Perform administrative duties, including reading and writing reports, dictating memorandums, and communicating with guests, managers, and corporate office.
  • Recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, and provide open communication to staff.
  • Participate in community affairs and maintain a positive public image for The Crescent Hotels Group.
  • Travel to attend corporate meetings, sales trips, and serve on committees.
  • Appropriately handle associate issues in conjunction with Human Resources.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a hotel General Manager or equivalent experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of project management and lease management.
  • Strong desire to continuously improve and help others improve.
