Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team in the Construction Division. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and configuring our software solutions at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure software solutions at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers
  • Work closely with the Implementation and Sales teams to ensure successful software installations
  • Monitor and improve installation quality to ensure top-notch service
  • Develop and maintain expertise in software, hardware, and network configurations

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in the software industry
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL, Advanced Excel, and database structures
  • Experience with current Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and PC networking environments
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and teach others
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills
