Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Product Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our AI-powered products, focusing on clinical integration and patient outcomes in prostate cancer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Healthcare Integration and Product Development:
    • Develop and implement healthcare applications that integrate seamlessly into clinical settings, particularly working with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).
    • Lead the product development strategy, ensuring alignment with clinical integration requirements and usability.
    • Maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical stakeholders, and PACS vendors to ensure seamless integration and product effectiveness.
  • Clinical Integration and Leadership:
    • Guide cross-functional teams in the design and development of user-friendly, secure applications that address critical healthcare needs.
    • Ensure that all products align with healthcare compliance regulations and data privacy standards.
    • Provide leadership and vision, ensuring the product development process remains patient-centered and driven by healthcare innovation.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet healthcare security and privacy requirements.
    • Ensure development processes comply with medical regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and support clinical data integrity.
Requirements
  • Healthcare Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product development for the healthcare or MedTech sectors, with a strong focus on clinical integration.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead development teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinicians, technical teams, and business leaders.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows, challenges in healthcare integration, and MedTech product development.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
