About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at IC Travels and Tours Inc. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on various travel destinations and options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Destination Research: Investigate new travel areas, hotels, and other amenities to stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and options.
  • Customer Service: Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty-free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions, and special events.
  • Reservation Management: Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing systems.
  • Travel Information: Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs.
  • Package Tour Management: Supply information on package tour vacancies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, and a permanent position is available.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
