About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at C Town Exterior Ltd. As a key member of our exterior construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of exterior building structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials, including concrete and asphalt.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and paving asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various construction equipment, including machines and tools, to assist in the construction process.
  • Task Completion: Assist in completing various tasks, including erecting scaffolding, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in framing houses.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Work Schedule: Work 35-40 hours per week in a permanent position.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
