Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the university
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, educators, and community leaders
* Coordinate recruitment events and activities, including job fairs, information sessions, and career workshops
* Analyze recruitment data and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, marketing, or education
* 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
