Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury performance lifestyle brand and products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
