Job Title: Dump Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team at G. S. GILL TRUCKING. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck to transport goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a dump truck to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 or A Driver's License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
