Lubrication Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to maintain smooth operation of our vehicles and equipment.
  • Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts to prevent wear and tear.
  • Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Repair and balance tires to ensure proper traction and handling.
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance.
Work Environment:

Our work site environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and manual dexterity. You will be working in confined spaces, exposed to dusty and noisy conditions, and may be required to work overtime.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and basic security clearance.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility, judgement, and reliability are essential for this role.
