Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Chevron. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the store remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
