We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowboard Instructor to join our team at Fernie Alpine Resort. As a CASI Level 3-4 certified instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and coaching guests of all ages and abilities, from beginner to advanced levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons and coaching to guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Train and evaluate gap clients towards their level 1 and 2 certifications.
  • Act as an ambassador and host at various resort functions, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Adhere to the Alpine Responsibility Code and Resort policies and protocols.

Requirements:

  • CASI Level 3-4 certification.
  • Dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and coaching.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform job duties in an outdoor mountain environment.
