Professional Services Project Manager

At Evisort Inc., we're revolutionizing contract management with cutting-edge AI technology. As a Professional Services Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in implementing our solutions, driving value, and ensuring smooth implementations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage client implementation plans, including milestones, project risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Professional Services Implementation Consultants, Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams, to onboard and align customer stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment of internal and external teams, and serving as the point of contact and escalation for new customer implementations.
- Produce project-level reports covering overall status, milestone tracking, risks/issues, and mitigation plans.
- Lead aspects of change management and implementations with strategic accounts.
- 5+ years of experience as an external client-facing Project Manager, managing within multiple project management disciplines (Iterative; Agile; SCRUM/KANBAN).
- ~3+ years of experience with modern software and implementation processes, including enterprise SaaS deployments.
- ~ Legal, legal operations, contract management, and product development experience a plus.
- PMP/PMI or SCRUM certification is a plus but not required.
