Yellowknife Motors is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify areas of concern and diagnose complex problems.
- Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine repair, electrical and electronic system work, and brake system maintenance.
- Estimation and Costing: Accurately estimate the cost of repairs and maintenance, ensuring that our customers are informed and satisfied.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the work performed and the communication received.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: A Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience is required.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engine repair, electrical and electronic system work, and brake system maintenance.
- Language: English is the primary language of work.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
