About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced aviation professional to join our team as a Deputy Head of Training at The International Tactical Training Centre Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our training programs and ensuring that our students receive the highest level of instruction and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs for fighter pilots
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure that training is effective and meets the needs of our students
  • Provide guidance and support to instructors to help them improve their teaching skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fighter aviation and incorporate this knowledge into our training programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in fighter aviation, with a minimum of 14 years of experience
  • Proven leadership and instructional skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
