Job Title: Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at Creative Munchkins Childcare Inc. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young children.

Responsibilities:
  • Child Development: Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Support Team: Assist colleagues with housekeeping and cooking duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient childcare experience.
  • Childcare Tasks: Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, maintain daycare equipment, and engage children in storytelling, songs, and activities.
  • Record Keeping: Assist early childhood educators in keeping accurate records and submitting written observations on children's progress.
  • Staff Meetings: Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and problems, ensuring a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
