Job Title: Personal Support Worker

At Golden BlueBirds Seniors Care, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to provide personal care and support to our clients in their homes. As a Personal Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications and providing companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care
  • Administer medications
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
  • Change non-sterile dressings
  • Feed or assist in feeding
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus
  • Provide companionship
  • Provide personal care
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Cook
